These terms govern your use of Ticketboard, a service operated by an individual based in Ohio, USA. It is an independent personal project, not operated by or affiliated with 45Press. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Ticketboard is a multi-tenant ticket board. Access is provided to organizations and their invited members. The operator may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account and conduct

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you submit.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to disrupt or attack the service, or to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.

Your content

You and your organization retain ownership of the content you create. You grant the operator only the limited permission needed to store and display that content to run the service for you.

Availability, warranty, and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data from Settings. The operator may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the service. An organization administrator may delete an organization through the in-app deletion process.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
